Renting a car is easy with Hawaii Islands Insider Tours. Please follow the instructions below:
Instructions:
If you have already spoken to a team member about renting: Fill out both the Contact Information section and Section 2.
If you have not contacted someone yet and confirmed booking: Only fill out the Contact Information section.
Section 2: Car Rental Agreement Form
Cleaning Deposit:
A cleaning deposit of $150 is required. This deposit will be refundable, if vehicleis brought back in clean condition.
Terms and Conditions:
- Payment: The Renter shall pay the Owner the agreed-upon rental rates for the duration of the rental period. Payment shall be made by major credit cards or major debit cards. venmo/cashapp accepted. Cash is not accepted,
- Use of Vehicle: The Renter agrees to use the vehicle solely for personal transportation purposes and not for any commercial use. The Renter shall not sublease or lend the vehicle to any other person.
- Condition of Vehicle: The Renter acknowledges that the vehicle is in good working condition at the time of rental. The Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition, with the same level of fuel, at the end of the rental period.
- Insurance: The Renter acknowledges that they have valid insurance coverage that extends to rental vehicles. The Renter shall be responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period.
- Driver's License: The Renter shall provide a copy of their current driver's license prior to the commencement of the rental period.
- Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Renter's use of the vehicle.
- Termination: The Owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the vehicle is used for illegal activities or if the Renter breaches any terms of this agreement.
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hawaii.
- Entire Agreement:This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
