So happy I booked! I was traveling from the mainland and needed a ride from Kona Airport. I was dealing/worried with weather issues and flight delays, and they were incredibly responsive to all of my concerns in a timely manner. This was my first time using Turo for a rental car. Raymond and Cailey were so great to work with. They went above and beyond to get the Van to us and to be flexible with the return. The Van was awesome, in great condition and worked perfectly. They even started off our trip with a card and cookies. Don’t hesitate to use their rental or tour services. They will blow you away.
