Terms & Conditions

By booking and participating in a tour with Hawaii Island Insider Tours LLC, you agree to the following:

Liability Waiver

Guests understand that participation in tours and transportation involves inherent risks. By booking, guests agree that Hawaii Island Insider Tours LLC is not liable for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damages that may occur during the tour.

Assumption of Risk

Tours may include walking on uneven surfaces, exposure to weather, and natural conditions. Guests accept all risks associated with participation.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Cruise & Timing Responsibility

We plan all tours around cruise schedules. However, guests are responsible for managing their own time and ensuring they return to the ship. We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Itinerary Changes

Routes and stops may change at any time due to weather, road conditions, safety, or operational needs.

Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

No Drugs or Alcohol

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Alcohol is not permitted unless stated otherwise. Violation may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Vehicle Safety

All guests must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion and follow all driver instructions.

Accessibility Notice

Our vehicle does not have a wheelchair lift or ramp. Guests must be able to step into the vehicle. Space is limited and we cannot accommodate wheelchairs or large mobility devices at this time.

Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations are allowed up to 72 hours prior to tour commencement without penalty. No-shows and changes or cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a full charge. No refunds are available once a tour has commenced.

Hawaii Island Insider Tours LLC is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be issued due to delays or schedule changes resulting from these factors.

Access to certain locations may be limited or unavailable due to capacity, closures, or safety conditions. We do not guarantee entry to all stops and cannot issue refunds if access is denied.

General Tour Disclaimer

All tours, stops, and destinations are subject to change based on weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or operational needs.

Hawaii Island Insider Tours LLC is not responsible for delays, route changes, or missed stops caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.

Volcano Tour Disclaimer

Due to the ever changing nature of volcanic activity, viewing areas and conditions may change at any time. Lava flows and volcanic activity are natural events and are not guaranteed to be visible.

Volcanic fumes may be hazardous to your health. Individuals with respiratory or heart conditions, pregnant women, infants, and young children should carefully consider participation.

All passengers may be required to sign a release of liability form prior to participation.
