Morning Pickups
- Pickups run between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, with most pickups happening on the earlier side.
- Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled time to help us stay on schedule for everyone.
- Our driver will text or call you with an ETA once the route is confirmed.
What to Bring

- Sunscreen – protect your skin while we explore

- Light jacket or hoodie – mornings can be cool in the uplands
- Reusable water bottle – let’s reduce plastic waste

During Your Tour
Our guests are ʻohana, and safety always comes first. Please stay with your guide and group throughout the journey, and help us keep the van clean and comfortable for everyone — small trash bags are provided. We kindly ask that no alcohol or illegal substances be brought on board. Tours run rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe, and because our routes are carefully timed, late arrivals or no-shows cannot be refunded. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. We love when guests capture their adventures — photos and videos are welcome! Just tag us @HiiTours when you share. By booking with HII-Tours, you travel with aloha — showing respect for your guide, the island, and our beautiful community.
