Hawaii Island Insider Tours was built from the ground up by two best friends with one vision — to create unforgettable experiences that give back to the islands we love.

Chance, born and raised in Hawaiʻi, spent his life working hard to build a business that reflects his roots, values, and aloha for the land and people. His dedication and local knowledge are at the heart of every tour we offer.

Raymond brings years of experience from Hawaiian Telcom, Kahana Adventures, and other local companies, blending his skills in communication, management, and customer care to help create a professional, reliable, and truly local tour experience.

Together, Chance and Raymond combined their experience and passion to form a tour company that does more than just show you Hawaiʻi — it supports it. A portion of every tour goes back into Hawaiian farming and community programs, helping to grow local agriculture and create opportunities for future generations.

Their partner Cailey brings a heart for service and years of experience working with KUPU and the HI5 Organization, connecting with local schools and youth programs, and helping to nurture a sense of responsibility and love for the ʻāina.
