Hawaii Island Insider Tours is a locally owned company founded by two longtime friends with extensive experience in commercial passenger transportation, customer service, and operations management in Hawaiʻi.

Chance is a Hawaiʻi born professional driver with several years of full time commercial driving experience at Kailani Tours. His background includes passenger safety, daily vehicle operations, routing, scheduling, customer service, and compliance with Hawaiʻi passenger transportation standards. He has served thousands of passengers and brings direct ground level experience to daily operations.

Raymond brings transportation experience from Oʻahu, where he worked with Kahana Bay Adventures transporting guests from Waikīkī to tour destinations while managing schedules and guest experience. He also brings eighteen years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry, advancing from entry level to District Manager overseeing eleven locations. In his final role with Hawaiian Telcom, Raymond served as the Island of Hawaiʻi account executive, closing over five thousand units and supporting fiber infrastructure installations for local communities.

Together, the founders combine hands on driving experience, customer service leadership, and operational oversight to provide safe, reliable, and compliant private transportation services.
